Terms & Conditions

1. The above rates include 18-hole green fees, buggy (twin-share) and daily golfers insurance.
2. No refund and rain check for special rates.
3. Minimum 2 balls is required for weekdays & minimum 3 balls for weekends.
4. Advance reservations up to 7 days in advance is advisable, subject to availability and the necessary payment details.
5. All visiting players shall observe the Bye-Laws and Club Rules of Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort.
6. The resort shall not be held liable for any loss of, damage or theft of any article or property brought on the Club’s premises, car parks and golf course area.
7. Single-rider buggy surcharge of RM15.00+ is applicable for 3 balls flight.
8. Caddy charges : RM70.00+ per caddy
